Donations & Sponsors


The Museum At Warm Springs is a non-profit 501(c)3 educational institution. Your contributions are tax-deductible as allowed by law. To be a donor or to sponsor a program, please go to the Donor Page and fill out the appropriate information.

Annual Giving: The Museum At Warm Springs seeks support to help fund The Museum operations. It must raise the funds to provide the programs such as education, exhibits, archives, preservation of the collection, maintenance, gift shop and development operations through the year. Your Annual Giving contributions will be a tremendous help to us support our programs. Any amount is accepted.

Year End Giving: This support provides an opportunity for you to take advantage of making donations for tax deduction purposes before the end of the year. The Museum works hard through the year to raise the funds needed to help operations continue. As you consider your end of the year giving, please consider giving to The Museum At Warm Springs. Any amount is accepted.

Education Gifts: The Living Traditions Program: Sharing Native American legends, songs, dances, are examples of The Living Traditions Program provided free every weekend from Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Programs can be sponsored: $250/day, two days/$500.

Exhibits Gifts: The Changing Exhibit Gallery: Native American art from throughout the Northwest, the Nation, and locally is exhibited in the beautiful Changing Exhibit Gallery. There are up to 7 exhibits a year. The base exhibit expenses of printing the invitations, postage to mail them, the opening reception, and banner for each exhibit average $2,000 per exhibit. Sponsorships from $250 to full sponsorships are accepted.

Archives Gifts: There are over 10,000 archival photos in The Museum's Collection. In addition, there are video and audio recordings, master documents and other print materials relating to The Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs. The Archival Program is new and has recently completed the inventory. A goal is to develop the Archival Program to make it accessible for the public to tap into the data for research and other purposes. Archival Sponsors begin at $100 and up. Your sponsorship will help fund the archival storage units, acid-free materials and supplies, and other archival equipment.

The Annual Huckleberry Harvest:The harvest is the major fund raiser of the year. All proceeds will go to support The Museum At Warm Springs Educational Mission. There are a variety of ways to be a part of the Huckleberry Harvest:

  • Be a Co-Sponsor at $1500 or, buy a Corporate Table, which seats eight people for $1300.
  • Donate to the auction, art, travel, lodging, dining, event tickets and other items can be sent.
  • Attend the Huckleberry Harvest. It is $175 per person, $350 per couple.

The Museum At Warm Springs Annual Benefit Golf Tournament:The golf tournament is a four person scramble. It draws golf enthusiasts from throughout the State of Oregon and beyond. The Museum's Chili Cook-Off is held in conjunction with the tourney. It is held at the Kah-Nee-Ta High Desert Resort and Casino Golf Course. Be a Hole Sponsor for $100. Your name will be displayed at one of eighteen holes as a Hole Sponsor. Donations of prizes for the winners are happily accepted. Dust your clubs off and register to come play!
